Case Study: Seoul, South Korea

We are excited to present to you our vision of a sustainable floating city on the coast of Seoul, South Korea. This project is an innovative solution for housing on water that addresses the increasing need for sustainable living in urban areas.

The project began with the goal of providing an eco-friendly and energy-efficient housing option for the residents of Seoul, as traditional land-based housing options are becoming scarce and expensive. Crossfloat’s floating wooden modules are designed to minimize their environmental impact and provide all the comforts and amenities of a traditional home.

Our case study includes plans for a full-fledged floating city that would be self-sufficient, with its own solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and waste management systems. The community would also include a variety of amenities such as parks, playgrounds, and community gardens.

This project is a demonstration of how floating cities can be a sustainable housing solution that not only provides comfortable and modern living spaces but also minimizes the impact on the local ecosystem and reduces dependence on fossil fuels. We believe that this case study of CrossFloat on the coast of Seoul, South Korea is an important step towards the future of sustainable living on water.

We are actively seeking investors and partners who share our vision and would like to bring this sustainable floating city to reality. If you’re interested in learning more about CrossFloat or want to invest in this project, please contact us.
